Q. How much are your products?
  • Our letters and numbers are £50 per item.
  • Hire set notions such as "LOVE", "MR & MRS", "XMAS", "NYE" & "BABY" for £150.
Q. How do I make a booking?
  • To place a booking for your event please get in touch with us via our 'Enquire' page. From there, we can check availability for your desired date and then take a deposit to confirm your booking. 
Q. How do I make payment?
  • To confirm your booking we ask for a 50% deposit taken from your final balance.
  • The final amount will be requested 28 days before the day of the event.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer and we will provide you with a booking confirmation email.
  • Invoices can be provided upon request. 
Q. What is the hiring process?
  • Upon booking we will go through our hiring policy and any other details regarding delivery, set up and collection and will discuss any special requirements you may have. 
  • The price of our products involves hiring our giant light up letters and numbers for the day of the event. Please contact us regarding longer hiring periods for multiple day events. 
Q. Do we have to pay a delivery cost?
  • Delivery and collection of our products is free of charge to areas within a 10 mile radius. 
  • We are more than happy to cover events further away at a cost. 
Q. Does your company have insurance? 
  • Letters of Love are fully insured with public liability insurance to put your mind at ease when hiring with us. 
Q. How large are the letters and numbers? 
  • Each letter is 4ft high and on average are 2-3ft wide depending on the letter or number.
